I am sure most of you watched American Idol tonight but just in case you did not the 25 year old rocker, David Cook, won American Idol 7! There were a total of 97.5 million votes this season. According to Ryan Seacrest David Cook beat David Archuleta by 12 million votes! Cook was surprised that he won and could hardly speak. IMHO both Davids could have won! OMG hype! congratulates David Cook on winning the title!

Creative just launched their new pocket video camcorder line aimed at the Flip camcorder! The Creative camcorder looks a lot better compared to the Flip camcorder and they both have similar specs. We are big fans of the Flip camcorder so we are going to have to test out the Vado one day and see which camcorder is better! (Hey Creative, send OMG hype! one to test!)

A couple of days ago Wall-E from the upcoming Pixar Studio movie was spotted roaming the streets of Los Angeles interacting with people. Created by Disney’s Imagineering department, the animatronic Wall-E stands about 3 feet tall. It is being reported that Wall-E will be roaming Disney’s theme parks sometime in the future. So if you are planning on visiting the happiest place on earth soon, don’t be suprised if you run into Wall-E!

Here at OMG hype! I would like to inform everyone about the new single that debuted yesterday on Radio Disney. Miley Cyrus is coming out with a new album titled “Breakout” that will be available in stores on July 22, 2008. Here is her first single off her new album called “7 Things”. I think the song rocks and I give it all the OMG hype! it deserves!

Starting today on May 12, 2008 Wii owners will be able to access Wiiware! Wiiware is a downloadable game service that enables Wii owners with access to the internet to download games created for the Wii. To start downloading games all you need to do is go to the Wiiware section of the Wii Shopping channel. You can purchase Wii points right there or you can purchase a 2000 Wii point card from www.amazon.com right here! (Make sure you ask your parents permission before you buy!) They currently have 6 games available and Wiiware will be updated every Monday.
